The Robotics Practitioner is a magazine about robotics targeted more for students and hobbyists than many of the professional Journals. Their email address is: trp@footfalls.com. Other two email addresses in the previous messge are the articlel's authors'. From my subscription, I'd have say they are meeting their goal. In fact, Fred Martin wrote an article about LEGO tips for the spring '95 edition.
