I buy quite a few 'E2FN chips for Miniboards - and I know why small
quantity suppliers want $25-30. I pay between $15-20 each in quantities of
100. Add a bit to get them to me, a bit to ship them to you, and $25
doesn't leave much profit for a small vendor.
With that said, I would be willing to send you one for $18 including

They used to sell for $16.95 but have just recently dropped to $13.95 in their last (...) (27 years ago, 25-Jun-97, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)
