I called them up a couple of weeks ago to order complete boards, and
they said they were backordered on the completed kits, but could send an
unassembled kit. So I ordered a kit and it arrived in 3 days. It
turned out that I had received a bad MAX232 chip with the kit, and they
promptly replaced it. So, I had no trouble with them, but then again I
didn't order an assembled board.
