Hello all,
I am using Interactive C version 3.1 from Newton Research Labs
running under Win95.
When I try to download code to my HB I will often get the following
error:
C> load C:\HandyBoard\Interactive\libs\hello.c
Loading C:\HandyBoard\Interactive\libs\hello.c.
Initializing interrupts
Downloading 1871 bytes (addresses 8000-874E): 1871 loaded
Downloading 78 bytes (addresses 874F-879C): 78 loaded
Downloading 16 bytes (addresses 879D-87AC): 16 loaded
Board synchronization error: sent 98, received 12
errors
And when I tell IC to try again it appears to download fine:
Initializing interrupts
Downloading 1871 bytes (addresses 8000-874E): 1871 loaded
Downloading 78 bytes (addresses 874F-879C): 78 loaded
Downloading 16 bytes (addresses 879D-87AC): 16 loaded
Code loaded.
#done
Has anyone else had any problems like this? Is this a port baud
rate problem? The users manual does not have any recommended port
settings. Unfortunately I am having to run IC on COM4 while my modem
is on COM2 thus I can't use them both at the same time because they
share an interrupt but I did not think that it would affect IC.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
