Remove the BINH and check the sonar readings...the minimum distance it
can read will be about 16-17" (this is with an internal blanking OF
2.38millisec) this time can be modified by adding a resistor to the
BINH.
Also the ECHO goes into the signal pin of digital(7), u can power the
sonar using the +V and GND pins of dogital(7).
