I recieved my copy in a special deal from a book club that catered to
electronics enthusiasts. It was a kind of Book-of-the-month club. The name
escapes me at the moment. Anyway, you got to choose 3 books for like $5.
Then you just had to buy one more. I don't know if they are still around,
much less have the book, but it may be worth a shot.
