Is there a version of IC that will run under Windows 3.11 ?, The current version (3.2) only runs on Win32 platforms (9x & NT) and the freeware version only runs under DOS. The reason that I ask is that version 3.2 contains alot of functionality the (...) (24 years ago, 21-Aug-00, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

What I was actually wondering was whether there was a utility that could convert small wav files (only a couple of seconds or so) into a format playable by the hb, possibly using the existing tone functions using some form of sampling.
