The location(C7) for the .1uF that you are refering to is located on the sonar driver board, on the lower left corner of the ribbon connector. Any non-polarized cap will do just fine. (...) (25 years ago, 24-Jan-00, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

(URL) sells a relatively cheap camera/frame grabber package named the ramcam. you access it directly and treat it like a ram chip.
