Hello everyone, Sharp recently release the new GP2D12 (General Purpose Distance Measuring Sensors). Which performs same as the GP2D02. The new product have only 3 pins - Vo, Gnd, and 5V. I have an old 'wall wart' lying around. It has a rating of (12 vdc 1 amp output). i was wondering if i can use it on the handy board. the specs i read about the handy board call for a 12v 500mAmp output. any response would be appreciated.
