The PLCC version of the 68HC11 is the one that you want. The part number from R.S. is 265-853 and in the July 97 - October 97 catalog it cost 7.50 pounds + VAT. Hi all, I have just got a set of blank P.C.B's from Douglas electronics and now trying to get all the parts togrther to build the Handy Board. I have managed to find all the parts from R.S. components and Farnell Electronics except for the 32Kbit (...) (26 years ago, 6-Oct-98, to lugnet.robotics.handyboard)

the "correct" way is to measure their resistance with an ohmmeter. if it's less than 5 ohms, it might be a problem. the "other" way is to just plug them in and turn on the motor outputs. as long as you use full power (not any of the software-reduced (...) Hi all, Yeeee Haaaw! I just got my HB in from Gleason Research Friday and started figuring it out this weekend. WOW! What a blast!
