Hello, I am hooking some HP decoder chips to the handyboard. They are HCTL-2020's and they decode a motor position encoder signal. (...) Regarding your earlier message, if you're just wanting to talk to a GPS, then you don't need handshaking, because I haven't found one yet that supports it. Hello, I've been trying to compile .asm files using as11.exe. The files I received with my copy of IC contain the #include directive. Does anyone know of a copy of as11.exe that supports this? Justin, Interfacing a GPS to the handyboard is straight forward. Most GPS receivers comply with the National Marine Electronics Association (NMEA) standards.
