Could someone please help me get my handyboard to communicate with the
computer??
First, my computer crashed, the hard disk had to be formatted, windows 95
reinstalled, ic3.2 reinstalled. I was communicating with the handyboard thru com
4.
When I plug the handyboard to what was formerly com 4 the green light is lit
like everything is ok but when I try to download to the board I get the message
that the com port is not avalable or may be in use by another program.
I had the com port installed by a computer store probably a year ago and don't
remember having any disk to go along with it.
It's like the computer cannot recognize the port.
I went to the <control panel> <install new hardware > the search turned up no
new hardware .
Any one know how I can get my old com port back???????
com 1 is the mouse
com 2 is the modem
Thanks in
advance
