| It sounds like you have some kind of short in your L293B/D circuit. Do you have any single chips you can try separately? | Ihave solder two l293 (one D y one B) togethers .If i push that in the board , the battery go off in 60 seconds!!!! | i'm sure they do, but the memory effect can be fixed and can be used to your advantage in some cases... you may want to talk to people all a local hobby store... esp. if they have a track.... i never learned the memory stuff, being into gas trucks, (...)
