I've been offered a cybermaster set quite cheap (~$100). Is it worth it, or
should I save my efforts for RIS?

Also, what actually comes in the cybermaster set?

(...) AFAIK with Cybermaster you can only use passive sensors and the programs can only be very small. I'd go for RIS. (I first got RIS and bought Cybermaster as an add-on for ca $90.)
