Well, I didn't reply earlier, but I'm just about the average (33).
I heard once that the diference between man and boys was the price of the
toys. I think it's right. In this case it means the amount of Lego sets :-)
I'm still a beginner, but it seens a one-way trip...
By the way, I just acquired technic set 8445 (Indy Storm). It has lots of
pieces that can be used with mindstorms. That's why I bought it in first
place. I believe Supercar set (8448) would be better, but I couldn't find it
here in Brazil. The 8445 set has a steering mechanism but it seens to weak
to motorize. My next step with will be to add RCX to control it. I may need
to change and reinforce the steering mechanism. Ideas, anyone?
I acquired set 8251 (sonic cycle) also. It's has some technic small pieces
and a suspension piece. Since it's cheap it may be worthwhile if you are
looking for more small axles, half beams, etc.
