If you can supply proof that you purchased the 1.0 set AFTER September 31,
1999 (i.e. a copy of the sales receipt from when you purchased it), then
contact Lego Shop at Home to order the free upgrade (1-800-453-4652). They
will give you further instructions on making that proof available to them.
