Has anyone used the Polaroid ultrasonic sensor kit, as sold by
www.robotstore.com? It seems capable, although expensive, with two sensors for
about $150.
I've seen homebrew devices on the web - but I'm wondering about interfacing
the Polaroid ones.
Thanks!

| Hi Dave, The Polaroid 6500 Sonar is a good ranging device, however InfraRed ranging *may* be better in many applications. You can buy the Polaroid gadgets from Acroname (as well as IR ranging devices) at a better price than from the RobotStore. (...) (25 years ago, 2-Dec-99, to lugnet.robotics)
