The book is catalog #62-5003, cost is $4.99US. If you'd like I can buy a copy
for you and ship it.
Sorry about the assumption you has a store nearby - they are literally
everyplace here. Probably only one store is more frequent - McDonalds. Paul
Speed (another frequent poster of this group) says you can buy a shake at any
McDonalds in the country and drive to another before you can finish the shake.
I believe its probably true except for places like Texas or Arizona which have a
LOT of empty space.
