I don't own the scout, but I'll bite, having followed the Scout discussions
fairly closely.
If given the choice between the Scout and the RCX, the RCX wins.
The discussion of late (which seems to favor the Scout) can be summed up
merely by saying that the Scout is _better_ than originally expected (new
hidden features have turned up), but still inferior in most ways to the RCX.
