May I pose a question for anyone who is in receipt of one of the
new "Wot no RCX power connector?" RCX's. Have you opened it up to
see if they changed the board layout?

If they haven't, then it may be possible to populate the site with
the appropriate connector, drill a hole in the case and carry on
as normal.

I have one RCX and am going to buy another soon. The cost of the
brick alone, $120 from Pitsco, is high when you think you get all
the rest of the RIS stuff for the extra $80! But my RCX spends a
lot of its time during s/w debug running from an ac outlet!

Thus, I'm want to know if it's possible to do a "do it yourself"
retrofit, if I buy one of the new RIS 1.5s?
