For those of you who have looked at the LegOS HOWTO before, or for those
who have not, there are some new topics covered, some of which may make
you think twice about sticking to the old firmware.

new topics:
*random number generation. Don't make your robot do the same thing over
and over again- have it choose something new for a change.
*floating point support. Don't just do math, do ridiculously finicky math.
*rotation sensors. They've been in legOS for a while, but now they work.

What else? Well, for those of you new to the list, legOS is a set of C
libraries that let you program for your mindstorm. I've tried to keep the
HOWTO very simple, so that even those like myself with only rudimentary
or very rusty C can do more powerful work than they would have thought
possible with the RCX. And, of course, the more of us in rcx.legos, the
merrier :)

As usual, please let me know about any and all mistakes you see. I'm also
happy to accept any kind of suggestions about content or organization.

Happy coding-
Luis
