  Re: new pics on legomindstorms.com

(...) Until now I've never seen LEGO target a product to grownups. They don't seem acknowledge our existence at all! They probably think we are too less to even pay the development costs of a product targeted at us, a product that it will never be (...) (25 years ago, 13-Jul-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: new pics on legomindstorms.com

I think our/their problem is not so much marketing to grownups (I mean, I can buy it whether or not the market it to me.) The big problem is that they will never sell anything that they cannot sell to kids. This means that they are limited by their (...) (25 years ago, 13-Jul-99, to lugnet.robotics)

My Mindstorm kit says for 12 -17 yr olds. I have notice in the current catalogs it now says for 12+ . I guess that is something. John A. Donaldson (...) (25 years ago, 14-Jul-99, to lugnet.robotics)

  Re: new pics on legomindstorms.com

Wow. Didn't it used to say 8- something? I guess not. Hmm... I retract anything I may have said about my sister- I know a lot of kids who will be beyond their software at the age of 12. Well, it is up to them now... -Luis (...) ###...### Profanity (...) (25 years ago, 14-Jul-99, to lugnet.robotics)
