I just got my lego summer catalog a few days ago and I noticed on a bunch of
the new "higher" end technic models, they sport a hydraulic pistion.
While this thing appears to be neat and all that, will it do the things a
pneumatic piston could not. Like lift some major weights and what not.
From the Super Street Sensation car, on the smaller picture on the left, you
get to make out what seems to be a new pump.
Given now I must order some odd 350 dollars worth of legos now, Need that
Droid Dev kit also.
Once I think I'm out, they pull me back in

| I haven't seen the new "hydraulic pistons" yet myself, but I suspect that there are just simple shock-absorber style devices. Many cars have similar pistons to open and hold the trunk lid. So as you unlatch the canopy of the new super car, or lift (...) (25 years ago, 9-Jul-99, to lugnet.robotics)
