This would be kinda crude, but you could put two thermisters where I have
CdS photocells in my differential photo sensor and get something like what
you are looking for. You might need to add a stage of gain some how. You
also would also need very light weight thermisters. Look on this page in
the homebrew section for the differential light sensor for more info.
