What list??  I responded directly to a poster on lugnet.robotics.  Since I
DID NOT have authority to post to news groups from this ISP at the time, I
didn't reply to the Lugnet news group (I also understand, very well, the
policy of no binaries on these news groups).

The poster of the message was listed as lego-robotics@crynwr.com.
Apparently the real sender was TripleHHHX@aol.com, whom I intended to send
the 4K zip file directly to.

I gather from your reply that lego-robotics@crynwr.com is the e-mail address
for a listserver, with which I am not familiar.  My question is: why (or
maybe how) is a list server posting messages to a news group??  It only
masks the originator of posts.

-Rob Doucette.
(.vcf removed for the binary impaired)

Please don't flame directly, if you feel this is a holy war topic, post to
Lugnet and lets discuss in the open.  I repeat:  I DID NOT INTEND TO POST
BINARY ATTACHMENTS TO ANY NEWSGROUP OR LISTSERVER AND APOLOGIZE FOR ANY
INCONVENIENCE THE 4K ATTACHMENT MAY HAVE CAUSED ANYONE!!

Did you miss all the grief the last person who posted binaries to the • mailling
list caused?
DO YOU KNOW EVERYONE ON THIS LIST RECEIVED A COPY OF YOUR JUNK?!

PLEASE show some respect and email the person directly with the url - or at
least
ask permission from them before clogging their email box.

Dont bother replying - everyone who includes ".vcf" files - gets
automaticly added to
my email killfile - like I need copies of all that junk - not everyone uses
an email program
that uses it - to eudora - it's just a garbage attachement.

Remember - there are a LOT of people who receive this mailling list.

Jim
