Using the search on lugnet gives the following, so I believe you are
correct.  It is under the General category, not Technic and there is no
year associated with it.

What exactly is 5011?  Is that a Technics motor like 5114 or 5225?  Or
is it that funky, black, roughly car-shaped motor (with switch and
