Supercircuits sells ccd cameras and wireless transmitters. You can
reach their web page at: http://www.scx.com/ I've been using one taped
on top ov my RCX bots for a bit now. One of thes days I'll do something
about making it Lego compatable. The one I have opperates on one 9v
battery, for both the transmitter and camera. The reciever is my TV and
it will work on most VHF or UHF channels. The transmit range is only
about 100 yards, but it works in the house :)

BTW - those who wanted to hear about my rover project don't dispair, I've
not forgotten, just nothing to report yet...
