      Rich- When you say "without all the other RIS stuff" do you mean without the software or without EVERYTHING else, like gears and the like?      Good point. But if you have many motors, gears, parts, etc. Why pay for mindstorms? My first RCX was from the Mindstorms set, but the other ones have not been...they are from Pitsco.    Wow. I REALLY hope that Lego does not stop production of the Mindstorms RCX as we know it. I don't know about other places, but here at RIT we are SERIOUSLY considering using them to do some Karol the Robot type artificial intelligence projects with (...)
