Is that the page where there is a 1*4 grey technic beam, pierced by a
#3 or 4 axle, with a 16-tooth bevel (?) gearon one side, and a washer
on the other? I think they put that picture in all Technic sets, to
tell you that the axles have to be loose-fitting, if you want them to
be able to turn properly.
