There will be a walking robot competition at BrickCon 09 this year. We'll be following the rules for "regular" robots found at (URL) with a couple of minor adjustments for LEGO robots: - All robots must be completely built of unmodified, non-glued, (...) It won't be easy to write a program with Visual Studio that runs ON the RCX. It should be pretty easy (for a programmer) to write a program that runs on a PC, and uses the IR tower to send commands to the RCX, telling it what to do. Also, you can't (...) No, it will not work. Due to Apple's restrictions, any device that a developer wants to talk to over Bluetooth must be brand-new and approved by Apple. The developer of the iNXT Remote app says that if the restrictions are changed, he will gladly (...) (15 years ago, 12-Sep-09, to lugnet.robotics)

Hi, Using the the IR from and independant PC sound like a good solution. The camera is not connected directly to the RCX, but to the PC, that sends the IR command depending on the camera pictures. Thanks for your help Philip -----Ursprüngliche (...) (15 years ago, 14-Sep-09, to lugnet.robotics)
