Actually, the Droid Developer Kit and Dark Side Development Kit contain the
Micro Scout which is not really programmable. See http://www.elecbrick.com/vll/
for details on how to program it with a VLL.
The CD was a marketing mistake as the only think on it was the same building
instructions that are in the manual but presented in quicktime for some reason.
There is nothing on the CD about programming. The only thing the CD did was
dissuade many people from buying the set thinking they needed a computer to make
it.
