I've been working on constructing a touch sensor from parts of old
devices. I discovered that the micro switches from a MS mouse and a
Logitech mouse are the exact width of the inside dimensions of a 2x Lego
brick. Here are the instructions and two pics of the results. The

| EXCELLENT IDEA! I have one addition for obtaining the switches. DON'T take your mouse apart, just the old VCR! It should have 10 plus switches for the front control buttons! Better still, many types have extended buttons, up to about 3/8 inch This (...) (26 years ago, 13-Jan-99, to lugnet.robotics)
