(...) I think it's a magnetic "ball-separator" - not a "magnetic-ball" separator. :-) I have a bunch of steel ball-bearings in my Lego storage system - so they must be used in one set or another - I have no idea which ones though. There are also (...) (18 years ago, 19-Jan-07, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) Thanks to those of you who filled in the set information. I actually got the balls from Bricklink, and the only thing I knew about them was they were from the Harry Potter sets.
