There has been some work in connecting the RCX with Simulink using the
embedded
coder. Check out

this documentation> on the MathWorks website. Also I recall hearing
various
people connect MATLAB directly to the RCX using standard serial port
commands.

I have not heard of anyone connecting the new NXT to either MATLAB nor
Simulink
but I have not been doing an extensive search on this either.

What are you looking to do?
