no, it doesn't.  The motors would require much more power than you can draw from there.

Indeed, a single motor at full load draws more current (about 800mA at 9V) than
USB could supply (500mA at 5V).

What might have been possible (but probably involving a lot of added complexity
in power supply design for a limited advantage) would be to power the processor
and sensors from USB and motors from batteries...
