Hi Chris,
Visual Basic is commercial software so you'd have to buy it from Microsoft.
I think the standard edition sells for something like 200 $US, if you're a
student you can get it cheaper. It comes on a CD with some 500Mb of software
and documentation so going to a warez site may not be an option.
I'm sorry but it will not be translated to NQC, but if you want I can put up
the source in flat ascii so you (or someone else) can do the translating.
