Do you think it's a good policy or bad? The rules are still somewhat in
draft mode
and are not completely finalized, so fresh opinions are welcome.
I've already gotten suggestions from two people on this list (thanks Mark L
and
David S!), and I'm running them by the rest of my "core group" of
participants now...
