You have to open a port to the Lego Tower. Generally it looks like a file. Here's some Python code I'm using that does it, someone can probably translate to Java: irHnd = CreateFile("\\\\.\\legotower1", GENERIC_READ\|GENERIC_WRITE, 0, None, (...) (19 years ago, 8-Feb-05, to lugnet.robotics)
