This is the most likely *IMHO* as there are medical
clamps that do this, and they are (magically) operated
like a screw clamp. All that remains is connecting the
device to LEGO pieces so a motor can activate the
clamp open/closed. I haven't done so, but you might
google for clamps and medical to find some. They have
to be inexpensive as they are made of plastic?
