SDK 2.5 - for the Mac?

Since I'm working on a, um, how should we say... "alternative platform" (Mac
powerbook running OS 10.2), I'm finding it tough to look at the SDK (since it's
an executable file). Any help? Has anyone posted portions of it on a website, or
other source? I'm trying to understand all the Spybot stuff in particular (now
that I may have a way to access them through MacNQC).
Help?
