    All excellent answers!  From very practical right down through
quantum theory.   That's what I love about this group.  My
ten years old
is going to try and build a robot that can sample her favorite radio
station and "dance" to the music.  We're going to try and
just convert
to basic things like pitch /frequency and use that to drive some
function of motion. Sorta like those sound activated dancing
flowerpot
things, but eventually with more discerment as to the input
stream and
with more output choices. I'm fairly sure this will involve
the PC doing
the grunt work and IR'ing the rcx.
