I run on a Unix machine, and I don't have arial either. However, I have
no problem reading it since Netscape automatically substitutes helvetica.
Most other pages that set fonts use HTML like:
<FONT FACE="Helvetica,Arial" ...
to give a list of fonts that the browser can use. If the browser doesn't
find any it have, it may try known substitutes and if that fails it will
use a default variable-width font, which you set in preferences. I can't
tell you what other browsers do since I don't use them.

| Thanks for the HTML help. Well I hope I didn't break anything in the process. I changed all the "FONT FACE = Arial" to have "FONT FACE =Arial, Helvetica, Sans Serif". Anybody that had trouble with my pages before, please check to see if this fixed (...) (26 years ago, 31-Dec-98, to lugnet.robotics)
