Hi all, my name is Francis (from Spain).

I've read Extreme MindStorms and I decided to put my hands on and build some
new sensors.

I began with the optointerrupter, but have a little trouble. When I connect
the sensor to the RCX I can't get a stable reading, instead RCX bounces in
the value. I thougt perhaps you could give me some light.

I've tried the sensor on a custom PCB an in the breadboard and in both cases
the values are intermitent (80 to 60 for example), I decided to take a look
in the osciloscope and found that the CDS was getting some peaks.

Is this normal? Can I correct it in the sensor or through an slope
configuration in the code?

Thanks very much in advance.
