It seems this thing connects to a serial port.
So you need a Java interface to the serial port like rcxcomm,
and you need to write a few classes that talk to the thing
(see http://troyda.sas.muohio.edu/paper2.html).
It would be nice to have some common abstractions
of the RCX sensor/motors in leJos and the 9751 sensors/motors.
