Not yet. If you're in the UK you can order it now from Computer Manuals at
http://www.compman.co.uk/cgi-win/browse.exe?ref=495131 and it'll ship the
first day it's available in the UK, plus if the order is placed before Dec
24th delivery in the UK is free (even if the book comes out late so long as
the order is placed in the next 3 weeks the delivery is still free).
