It's the original computer interface for the old 4.5v system. From what I
remember, it has 6 unidirectional outputs, or 3 bi-directional outputs (use
the connector that bridges the outputs), and just two inputs.
I've only ever seen one in real life, it was kind of weird. I think it was
being programmed using LOGO, or some derivitive therof.
