Yes, you can use NQC to program the Scout. You don't have a lot of memory but it
works great. You can even program the Micro-Scouts using the Scout and NQC.

Also is there any from lego, similar to the one provided with the RCX (...) (23 years ago, 10-Aug-01, to lugnet.robotics)
