"Can't log on to certain URLs" and "IR Tower light stays on..." for me were two
connected problems. I solved them, thanks to the Eastman Kodak webmaster and
tech support at my ISP, Sympatico.ca. They found incorrect settings on my
ethernet card. When corrected, I was able to log into lego.com, hp.com and
kodak.com previously unavailable to me. Also, the green light on my IR Tower
now goes off when it should. Also, my scanner and printer work well together
when previously they did not. Alone, it would never occur to me to look at the
ethernet card for those problems...!
