Have you tried changing the power?

Hi

I'm wondering if anybody has seen the following using Robolab v2.?. My son
has a program wherethe first thing he does is backup for 50/100's of a
second(reverse motors B&C)turn for 25/100's of a second (motor B forward) and
then backup for another50/100's of a second (reverse motor B again). The • first
time the program isrun after a download the RCX backs up about 15cm makes • about
a 90 degree turnand backs up another 4 cm. However each subsequent time the
program is run it backs up about 5 cm makes a 45 degree turn and backs up
anothe 1-2 cm.

The initial behavior was what we wanted, and the timing was arrived at by • trial
and error. Does anybody know what is happening here?

As I type this I started to think about those times and realize that the • second
and subsequent runs are probably the ones that are behaving properly, but we
still need a way of getting all of the runs to behave consistently.

thanks
gord u
