Sorry about getting to this so late. This message got lost. (...) I suggest replacing the wheels on your caster with medium pulleys (the ones similar to 24t gears), WITHOUT putting the "O-ring" tires on them. I have found this to be an excellent (...) (24 years ago, 23-Mar-01, to lugnet.robotics)

(...) A flurry of activity! The r/c unit is indeed John's baby so you'd be best writing to him about it. It is an excellent unit which took a lot of work to source parts, design and build, so I think he has every right to receive a mometary reward (...) (...) How about curved railway track? IIRC that gives you pieces about 16 studs long (little less for inner rail, more for outer) with an angle of 1/16th full circle (22.5 degrees). You can then call the beast "big foot" :-) Jürgen (24 years ago, 23-Mar-01, to lugnet.robotics)
